I can't believe how rude they are. I'm still in shock that someone would speak to a Customer that way! At 7:30 in the morning, when your key is locked in your car, it is not a pleasant experience. The person who I spoke to was MIKE. It was the Princeton location-(When I asked where he was located, he said I didn't need to know that)
The service was cancelled through Roadside Assistance and the Car Dealer noted the complaint.
