I am thrilled with the level of service that Liebenow's provides.
I know that when I call for help they will arrive promptly and solve the problem. I highly recommend Liebenow's to all car owners because they are small enough to be able to provide personal service and easy to communicate with.

1 minute after my van was put on the truck, I asked Don to take it to Beach Ford instead of Firestone, and he told me that the purchase order was already written to Firestone, so there was nothing he could do. The place I requested it go was the same distance, but he goes ahead and drops it at Firestone instead of doing the right thing and making sure his customer is happy. Come to find out, he runs the company! And there's nothing you could do, Don, to get the van to a different location when you were only 1 minute down the road?
Don's explanation was that he wouldn't "get his money" if he dropped it off anywhere else. Ridiculous! I called my insurance company and they told me that he would have just had to call them to change the purchase order.
If you're ever broken down in VA Beach, DO NOT USE A&W TOWING! Don is a lazy liar who only cares about getting his money, and does not care about providing quality service.

This tow company took advantage of my 16 year old sister when she had an accident. My sisters accident was less than 2 miles from tow yard, Typical accident at an intersection. This was not an accident in a ravine or off the road. The Owner Ken has a 1200.00 plus tow and clean up bill. This is 1 day after the accident, this was not a long term storage issue. My sister and mother asked for vehicle to be told to their repair shop and tow driver declined and stated vehicle had to return to the tow yard. where added storage is now being charged. Do not support this tow company that takes advantage of people in need.

They literally tried black mailing me into signing the title over when they impounded it and when I finally got them to bring it back they added hidden costs because I wouldn't give it up.

This is the worlds worst towing company, called out and dispatch informed us that it is 45 min wait. After an hour time on site is another 45 min. After 3 hour time on site is 30 Min. My best comment is WOW do not use Find another company quick. To finalize everything they get lost.

Hansen Towing is the best towing service in Omaha! They worked around my schedule and were patient and curteous! They kept me informed of everything, up to the time they delivered and checked my car into the dealership! Very Easy!

Truli Mobile is a poorly ran company with company vehicles that are not maintained properly. Drivers are expected to drive and haul other people's vehicles with trucks that have bald tires...brakes not operating properly...and other mechanical issues.
